Job Overview:
We seek a motivated LPN Staff Nurse to join our team, reporting to the Nurse Manager and working with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain professionalism and integrity with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Collect and record basic health data.
- Perform and document procedures like vital signs, injections, and screenings.
- Assist in exams and medical procedures.
- Maintain and restock exam rooms and common areas.
- Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
- Conduct in-house labs and manage vaccines.
- Participate in staff meetings and workflow improvements.
Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts LPN license or certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- CPR certification.
- Preferred: One year of pediatric practice experience.
- Effective communication and emergency response skills.
- Proficiency with medical equipment and EMR.
- Must be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19.
Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $22.00 - $35.00
- Hours: 32-40 per week

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.
