This position is commission only and requires self-generation of leads yet in some situation can also provide leads to support your success.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of loans
- Advise borrowers on financial status and payment options
- Develop and maintain a network of referral sources
- Stay up-to-date on lending regulations and industry trends
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process

Requirements:
- Active NMLS license
- Experience as a Loan Officer is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
