Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company’s service platform.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and service protocols.

  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and service level agreements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a live chat environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
