This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat channels.
  
• Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, or policies.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  
• Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
  
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
  
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone during all interactions.
  
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
  
• Monitor and handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  
• Previous experience in customer service, live chat, or a similar role.
  
• Strong written communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  
• Proficiency with live chat software and CRM tools.
  
• Tech-savvy with a fast typing speed (50+ WPM preferred).
  
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
