The role is open to individuals with 4 or more years of experience in insurance defense litigation, and we're especially interested in those with a knack for first-party insurance litigation and/or construction-defect litigation. If you're well-versed in commercial litigation, insurance defense, construction defect, product liability, premises liability, or bodily injury, you're exactly who we're looking for.

MUST BE NEW MEXICO LICENSED= CAN BE REMOTE FROM ANYWHERE IN US

• Proficient in handling cases from inception to resolution, including preparing pleadings, motion practice, conducting depositions, and trial work
• Experienced in reviewing claims files and adept at communicating with claims professionals and clients
