What You'll Do:
Work from Home: Enjoy the flexibility of working primarily from home. You'll need your own computer, phone, and reliable internet service.
Client Solutions: Professionally present life insurance solutions to homeowners, helping them protect their families in case of major health issues or death.
Flexible Schedule: Manage your own schedule, with the freedom to work part-time or full-time.
Earning Potential: Agents who follow our proven sales system can earn between $50,000 to $100,000 annually.
Team Engagement: Participate in weekly team meetings, local events, and training sessions. Travel may be required for training and team-building.
What We're Looking For:
Self-Starter: Be self-motivated, driven, and have a positive attitude. You should be eager to learn and grow.
Communication Skills: Ability to call leads, book appointments, and explain insurance options clearly.
Tech-Savvy: Must have a cell phone, internet access, and a laptop or desktop computer.
Licensing: Have or be willing to obtain a Life and Health Insurance License in your state. AML Training and E&O Insurance are required for contracting with multiple carriers.
Previous Experience: While prior sales or marketing experience is helpful, it's not necessary. A willingness to engage in mentorship and team activities is essential.
