We will train you to call, set, and run appointments virtually. Our prospective clients provide us with their information and rely on us to reach out to them, regarding one of our products such as mortgage protection, accidental, retirement planning plus more. Individuals with an optimistic mindset and a can-do attitude thrive here with us. Customer service is at the heart of our industry. There is no cold calling, we contact prospective clients looking for our help. We are excited to get to know you better.  

  Qualifications:  

• Be honest and trustworthy 
• Have a General Life & Health License or be willing to obtain one 
• Be comfortable speaking with prospective clients over the phone 
• Be coachable and professional  
• Excellent Customer Service 
• Be comfortable with a commission position 

Responsibilities: 

• Contacting and maintaining a professional relationship with the client 
• Book appointments 
• Take & submit online applications 
• Follow up with back office 
• Attend weekly virtual calls 
• Explain policy cover to the client once the policy is approved 
• Maintain stellar interpersonal skills
