Responsibilities:

- Skillfully negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
- Engage with the community by hosting open houses and other events
- Conduct thorough market analyses to accurately determine property values
- Educate clients on essential real estate procedures
- Ensure transparency by verifying and disclosing property facts to clients
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Driven and self-motivated, with a keen willingness to learn and grow

This position operates on a commission basis, and it requires an active real estate license.
