Collaboration: Work closely with fellow professionals such as lenders and inspectors to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications:
Real Estate License: Must be active and in good standing.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with current real estate trends and regulations in Manhattan.
Team Player: Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
