Job Description: We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care to residents.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, including staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality care for residents
Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership and support to staff members
Collaborate with medical professionals, residents, and their families to develop individualized care plans
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing nursing home facilities
Qualifications:
Current license as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Massachusetts
You must have a Bachelor's degree or higher to apply!
