Job Description

The Nursing Home Administrator LNHA must be licensed in Minnesota and have ideally 3-5 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Great team to work with, great corporate support, and competitive compensation with quarterly bonus potential.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Knowledge of Medicare Medicaid requirements.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, etc. that are necessary for providing quality care
• Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long term care administration
• Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
• Plan and coordinate health services
• Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare outcomes
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous LNHA experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
