About the Role:

As a Therapist at Serene Health, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals and families on their journey to mental and emotional well-being. You'll work closely with clients, conducting comprehensive assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing compassionate and effective therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough client intake interviews and diagnostic assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible care for clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited university.
Current and valid LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in the state of Georgia.
Strong clinical skills and experience in providing a variety of therapeutic interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
