About the Role:

This position requires a strong understanding of clinical interviewing and assessment, individual, family, and group counseling, psychiatric emergency intervention, diagnosis, and therapeutic methods. You will utilize your expertise to:

Conduct thorough assessments: Interview and assess patients to develop comprehensive and effective treatment plans.
Provide high-quality care: Deliver a range of services, including crisis intervention, case management, referrals, and individual/group therapy.
Collaborate with a team: Work closely with other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Maintain accurate records: Document client progress and maintain comprehensive case histories.
Ensure client confidentiality: Adhere to all relevant ethical and legal guidelines.

Qualifications:

Master's degree from an accredited university in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Current and active licensure in the state of Georgia as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
