Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to potential clients using high-quality free leads provided by the Davis Agency .
• Manage and track client interactions using our advanced CRM system .
• Educate clients on Medicare plans and assist them in finding the best options for their needs.
• Consistently hit and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay current with Medicare regulations and product offerings to deliver accurate information.

Requirements

• Active 02-40 or 02-15 license and AHIP certification .
• Proven sales experience with a track record of success .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment .
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus, but we’ll train you!
