Operated by a skilled Clinical Aesthetic Practitioner , our establishment is dedicated to delivering personalized, high-quality care. As the sole practitioner, the Clinical Aesthetic Practitioner is looking to grow the team with a talented estheticians who shares our passion for skin health and beauty.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and licensed esthetician with a strong client base (book of work) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in professional skincare services, a commitment to delivering exceptional results, and the ability to collaborate in a supportive, professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive skincare procedures.
  
• Conduct comprehensive skin analyses to tailor treatments to individual client needs.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  
• Educate clients on skincare routines, treatments, and recommended products.
  
• Stay informed on the latest skincare trends and techniques.
  
• Support product sales and contribute to the growth of the business.
  

Qualifications:

• Valid NJ Esthetician License.
  
• At least 2 years of professional experience as an esthetician.
  
• Established client base (book of work) is required.
  
• Strong understanding of advanced skincare treatments and products.
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  
• Self-motivated with a desire to continuously improve and grow professionally.
