- Proactively report incidents to management and maintain open lines of communication.

- Take ownership of your work, seeing tasks through to resolution.
- Provide post-scheduling support to transcriptionists, guiding them through to job completion.
- Conduct thorough quality assessments of transcriptionists' work and prepare constructive feedback for improvement.
- Serve as a go-to resource for transcriptionists on quality standards and requirements.
- Adhere to established processes and service-level agreements, ensuring consistent quality.
- Work closely with the quality team to calibrate expectations around quality judgments and feedback delivery.
- Balance multiple tasks efficiently while meeting established production goals.
- Track and report information as needed, contributing to overall team success.
- Assist with special task transcription support as assigned based on business needs.
**Who You Are:**
- You bring 2+ years of transcription experience, ideally in the legal field.
- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in transcription quality assurance.
- You are skilled at providing constructive written and in-person feedback.
- You have a keen eye for detail, capable of proofreading and editing documents effectively and efficiently.
- You can manage legal transcript content to meet required standards.
- You adeptly handle the simultaneous use of various software applications.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset, responding promptly and professionally.
- You excel at retaining details and processing information accurately.
- You're comfortable working independently while maintaining alignment with your team.
- You have excellent listening skills, able to discern details and speakers within audio recordings.
- A typing speed of 60+ WPM is ideal.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and superior written communication skills are essential.
