Solomon Search Group, a leading legal recruitment and search service provider, is seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter for our Ft. Lauderdale office.

We are happy to train a recent college grad with some prior sales experience.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring partners, general counsels, and leadership within law firms and corporate legal departments to assist in placing attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff in permanent positions.

We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong research skills, driven personality and willingness to go the distance.

• Engaging candidates attentively
• Managing a substantial number of job requisitions
• Ensuring continuous and transparent communication
• Crafting innovative recruitment tactics
• Collaborating with our team of seasoned recruiters

The ideal candidate will:

• Deliver an exceptional candidate journey from start to finish using cutting-edge recruitment technologies
• Excel in telephonic communication, as well as texting and email
• Operate independently with minimal oversight
• Possess creative problem-solving skills
• Be technologically adept and capable of multitasking and quick action
• Uphold the utmost integrity and exhibit vigorous energy while autonomously managing a large volume of recruitment tasks
• Execute candidate searches across various platforms, including paid job boards, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Be proficient in social media
• Thrive in a high-velocity environment
