Job Description

National plaintiffs' Law firm is seeking a Legal Investigator motivated to help injured claimants.

About the Firm:

* Fully in-office role

Responsibilities:

* Locating and interviewing witnesses
* Unearthing and reviewing historical documents
* Interviewing clients about their work history and exposure to asbestos
* Significant client contact
* Empathy and the ability to build rapport with people from varied backgrounds are keys to success in this position.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree
* Must have 4-10+ years investigative experience (corporate misconduct, personal injury, asbestos-related experience a plus).
* Strong computer and phone skills
* Be able to type 70+ WPM
* Ability to travel extensively (7-10 days/mo on average)
* Previous legal investigative experience is a plus.
