What You’ll Do Every Day: 

• Warmly welcome and assist prospective residents
• Showcase our apartments and create an inviting atmosphere
• Handle applications and lease paperwork with accuracy
• Keep tabs on market trends & contribute to marketing campaigns
• Build lasting relationships with residents and enhance community spirit

What We’re Looking For: 

• Leasing experience? Great! No experience? No problem — we train!
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software
• Strong communication skills — verbal and written
• Customer-focused attitude with a collaborative team spirit
• Open to completing online training as needed
