Leasing Agent

Florence, AL

Sundance Property Management is currently seeking a full-time  Leasing Agent  Florence, AL.

Pay:  

• Base: $15-17/hour, offer dependent on experience
• Commission bonuses

Schedule:  

• Monday to Friday
• 8AM - 5PM

Responsibilities:

• Greet, assist, and lease apartments to prospective and current residents
• Ensure appearance of the model apartment and target apartments are acceptable for showing
• Must be aware of the \Curb Appeal\ of the property
• Accept and complete required application information from prospective residents
• Create all lease documents
• Maintain and update Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
• Assist Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect
• Help Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Travel between work sites required
• Valid driver's license required
