We are looking to IMMEDIATELY HIRE an enthusiastic and motivated Leasing Agent WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE .

Qualifications:

• BILINGUAL IN SPANISH ONLY!!
• We are looking for experienced and No Experience we will train you.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong people skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective tenants with inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process.
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units, highlighting features and amenities.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and leasing activities using property management software.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve tenant issues and enhance overall tenant satisfaction.
