  • To perform the assigned Lease Delivery Coordination administrative and analytical functions for the HMA Vehicle Administration department in an efficient manner

  • Offsite: Scheduling Outlook lease appointments, emailing PDF lease agreements
  • to the customer for signature, express mailing renewal information to the employee’s
  • home/office, creating vehicle files, etc.
  • Onsite: Inspecting and verifying vehicle condition prior to delivery appointment,
  • meeting with the customer to inspect the vehicles, coordinating temporary vehicles,
  • auditing vehicle files, problem solving, etc.
  • This individual will participate in the annual Physical Inventory Audits and assist
  • the Assistant Manager with other duties as assigned.
  • During periods of down time, the individual will support Vehicle Administration in all areas including, but not limited to, vehicle preparation, pool car assistance, used car sales, tolls & citations, auditing, vehicle receiving and various filing.
  • Cross train with other Vehicle Administration staff to become a back-up when they are out of the office
  • Support the Senior Manager, Vehicle Administration with special projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time by the Client and/or MSXI Local Delivery Leader

 

  • The ideal candidate is experienced with providing excellent customer service, excellent written and verbal communication, multi-tasking, ad hoc reporting, and some database entry.
  • Knowledge Retention - In order to provide the highest quality support to customers, employees must be able to learn and memorize a large amount of information
  • Detail Oriented – processors must be able to focus on the details of the conversation narrative in order to identify and isolate the real issue. Must have the ability to file in alpha/numeric order
  • Organizational skills - Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once while attending to the customer’s needs
  • Flexibility - Employees should be able to provide assistance to various types of customers. They should have the ability to focus on the warranty issues, provide solutions while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times and be open to change and to considerable variety in the workplace
  • Friendly - Project a warm and friendly image, consistently maintain a positive demeanor
  • Customer service focused - Must have the ability to stay calm in difficult situations. Must be able to gain and maintain control of customer conversations while providing world class customer service
  • Speed - Must be fast and efficient. Must be able to work quickly without sacrificing the quality of their work
  • Solutions oriented - Must be able to find workable solutions for any problems they might face

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Worked in an automotive/dealership environment for minimum of 12 months is preferred
  • Working experience with automotive dealership operations processes or similar business is preferred
  • High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required
  • Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook is required
  • The candidate must possess a valid driver’s license & clean record

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate may not have been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At MSXI, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $22.00 to $24.00 hourly based on current experience.
