Job Description: Align area objectives with the strategic goals of the organization and within the department. (3%) Manage assigned Petroleum Pricing efforts to hit or exceed budgeted margins and budgeted gallons sold. (9%) Assist Senior Retail Pricing Manager and Regional Pricing Manager in leading a team of fuel pricing analysts, each responsible for unique segments of our store network. (15%) Execute 24x7 real-time fuel pricing strategy and product mix decisions while managing a plethora of constantly shifting market conditions and data points but not limited to cost, demand, seasonality, pricing spreads, price elasticities, market share and competition. (23%) Support the development of ongoing fuel pricing strategy (2%). Deliver performance updates to senior management. (3%). Supply accurate fuel demand and margin forecast guidance for annual budgets. (5%) Partner with fuel supply and trading leadership to optimize refinery gate to pump profitability. (15%) Provide mentorship to the retail pricing analyst I and II positions. (10%) Collaborate with Petroleum Trader on commodity trading analysis and trade proposals. (15%)
Requirements : Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics or an engineering field, and at least 1.5 years of experience as a retail pricing analyst or substantially similar position performing the following job duties: develop fuel pricing strategy; manage assigned petroleum pricing efforts to hit or exceed budgeted margins and budgeted gallons sold; execute 24x7 real-time fuel pricing strategy and product mix decisions while managing a plethora of constantly shifting market conditions and data points on cost, demand, seasonality, pricing spreads, price elasticities, market share and competition; and partner with fuel supply and trading leadership to optimize refinery gate to pump profitability.
