Your New Role

As the Lead Generator at ALLRED, you’ll be the face of our growth, bridging potential customers with our trusted HVAC solutions. Here’s what you’ll take on:

• Lead Pipeline : Generate qualified leads to fuel our sales team’s success.
• Direct Engagement : Meet prospects face-to-face, making HVAC solutions accessible and personable.
• Organized System Management : Keep our lead database accurate and up-to-date.
• Customer Qualification : Assess potential customers to move them forward in the sales process.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of lead generation experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills for connecting with prospects in person and over the phone.
