Job Title: Lead Data Analyst (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and develop a team of data analysts to ensure timely delivery of highquality work.
- Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement within the analytics team.
- Set clear goals monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends patterns and actionable insights to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy consistency and integrity of data used in reporting and analysis.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams including product marketing operations and finance to identify business challenges and opportunities.
- Translate business needs into data analysis requirements and actionable insights.
- Act as a bridge between technical data professionals and nontechnical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Establish and enforce standards for data collection analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security best practices.
- Promote the use of advanced analytics tools and techniques to improve decisionmaking.
- Evaluate and recommend tools platforms and technologies to enhance the organizations analytics capabilities.
- Lead efforts to automate repetitive tasks streamline workflows and enhance data accessibility.
Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in data analytics with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in SQL Python R or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or Looker.
- Knowledge of data warehousing ETL processes and big data technologies (e.g. Snowflake AWS Azure).
- Strong ability to analyze complex problems develop innovative solutions and deliver results.
- Excellent understanding of statistical analysis predictive modeling and machine learning techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data to nontechnical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
