Our laundry attendants perform a variety of duties, including washing, organizing room closets, and folding linens. • Put all laundry in a washing machine and follow the manufacturer's directions for adding the cleaning chemicals
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are in stock and indicate any shortages to the general manager
• Look at all of your linens and treat any stains that you find
• Remove garments and lines after each wash cycle and dry according to specific manufacturer instructions
• Inspect laundry equipment visually and report any maintenance issues to the building management

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a consistent basis
• Experience with a variety of commercial cleaning products and techniques
• Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
• 1 or more year as a laundry attendant, housekeeper or a similar role is strongly desired

About Company: We are a small memory care community in Molalla, Oregon, designed to care exclusively for those experiencing Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Our community consists of up to a maximum of 68 residents. We provide individualized care plans, which means each person will receive attentive and detailed care specific to their needs. Our Bear Creek family has a full-time nurse as well as a care team able to assist with activities of daily living 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
