Landscape Maintenance Manager job at Avid Associates Wrightsville Beach, NC, US

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Landscape Maintenance Manager to join our team in Wrightsville Beach, NC. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with a strong focus on leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for commercial maintenance, training, improvement and helping the division to grow to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all landscape maintenance activities, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans tailored to each property.
Supervise and train landscape maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance protocols.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
Manage budgetary aspects of landscape maintenance projects, including cost estimation and resource allocation.
Utilize sustainable practices and environmentally-friendly techniques in all landscaping activities.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of horticulture and plant care.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in the use of landscape maintenance tools and equipment.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
