Job Description

Join a full-service, family-owned design and build landscape contractor servicing the St. Louis metro area. You'll be part of installing some of the finest landscapes in St. Louis, with a focus on creativity and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks safely and with a high level of professionalism and quality
• Safely operate vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Make key decisions planning daily tasks and delegating to crew members
• Enter time, material usage, and photos using LMN software
• Train and lead crew members
• Effectively communicate with Operations Team
• Interact with clients in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including trucks, trailers, jobsites, and equipment
• Take pride in your work, support your team, wear company gear with pride, attend company events, and engage, post, and support your team on Slack

Requirements

• Sufficient landscape industry experience--5+ years preferred
• Sufficient leadership, management, and supervisory experience--2+ years preferred
• Working knowledge of horticultural and hardscaping practices including pavers, LED lighting, and irrigation
• Strong oral and written communication skills, math skills, job planning skills, and mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver's license
• Have or be interested in obtaining industry certifications
• Excellent problem solving skills
