SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst in Crane, IN who will provide program support with the Pier-side Support Equipment program. Hybrid Remote 

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Provide regular meeting support, including sync meetings with the task managers, weekly meetings with the PSSE team, collect slides, minutes, and manage meetings.
• Track and upload Monthly reports to the PSSE IMP and the Lockheed Martin SharePoint site.
• Provide bi-weekly action item tracker.
• Slide/briefing preparation and coordination.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND ABILITY : Limited use and/or application of principles, theories, and concepts. Limited knowledge of industry practices and standards. Receives predetermined work assignment with specific instructions.

PROBLEM COMPLEXITY : Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures.

FREEDOM TO ACT: Work is closely supervised. Follow specific, detailed instructions. 

IMPACT: Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities. Errors do not typically have a major effect on the organization.

LIAISON: Contacts are primarily with immediate supervisor, project leaders, and other professionals in the group.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and 0 years experience. Four (4) years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelors. 

• Customer Service oriented with strong oral and written communication skills. 
• This position will require regular interface with various customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to organize, analyze and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

CLEARANCE:

• U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED.
• PRE-HIRE CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Must obtain an Interim prior to hire date.
• POST-HIRE CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Must obtain a Secret security clearance.
