Overview

A growing e-commerce company based in Richmond are looking for someone with a strong understanding of web analytics to join them as a Junior E-Commerce Performance Analyst.

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Customer Service and Web Dev, pro-actively resolving any single order processing issues
• Act as liaison with the company’s 3rd party fulfilment partners
• Working closely with the Finance department to resolve any single order reconciliation issues
• Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the website
• Assisting with the email Marketing programme to the customer base
• Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them
• Create and produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting on key web metrics

Ideal Skills/Experience

• Min of 2 years’ experience of working on a consumer-facing e-commerce environment
• Experience of e-commerce platforms, preferably Magento
• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills/knowledge of Google Docs
• Excellent time management skills
• Good communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Process-orientated
• Self-motivated, tenacious and hard working
