- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, interpret, and analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Document Requirements: Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and workflow.
- Support Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop Reports: Prepare and present reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with different departments to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Identify business problems and work with stakeholders to develop solutions.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
- Participate in Training: Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation of processes and analysis to maintain transparency and reproducibility.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Basic knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
