Apply today! maria.hoffman@randstadusa.com salary: $60,000 - $63,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for multiple entities, which includes the following: Perform bank reconciliations Prepare and post required journal entries Review & reconcile all balance sheet accounts Prepare summary of significant events and budget variances Prepare supporting documentation for financial statements including balance sheet schedules and other reconciliations Work closely with independent auditors during annual financial statement audit with preparing schedules and invoices, providing explanations of supporting materials and procedures, and preparing any other necessary data. Posting of accounts to the General Ledger for: Accounts Receivable Cash Receipts Accounts Payable Cash Disbursements Payroll Maintain records of all financial documents with appropriate supporting material; update records as necessary.
