Develop Lambda functions in python for AWS's Lambda, Kinesis, and Elastic Search which invokes python scripts to perform various transformations and analytics on large data sets in AMAZON EMR clusters.
Migrate data from legacy systems (SQL Server, Cassandra, Oracle, Teradata, Salesforce) to cloud-based (AWS) Snowflake Datawarehouse.
Design robust, reusable, and scalable data-driven solutions and data pipeline frameworks to automate structured and unstructured batch and real-time streaming data.
Utilize Snowflake SQL, python Jupiter notebooks to extract, transform, clean and lmberoad data in the target tables to enable effective reporting and business intelligence functions.
Work on source code management using Git and use GitHub Enterprise, to write regression tests.
Work with Spark for improving the performance and optimization of the existing algorithms in Hadoop using Spark Context, Spark-SQL, Pyspark, Data Frame, Pair RDDs, and Spark YARN.
Contribute to the test automation, continuous integration, and deployment processes as a team member.
