JOB DUTIES:
Convert business requirements and wireframes into fully functioning system components and web code using COBRA, JEE, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS. Implement at least one type of Javascript library or framework and use most core functions to meet functional and technical requirements for a project. Develop restful web services to communicate with various web-based applications by using the XML and UDDI standards over Http protocol. Collaborate with other team members (developers/BA/PM) and stakeholders in order to understand/gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform proof of concepts (POC) to determine feasibility of concept for real-world application. Code HTML documents. Validate application for accessibility compliance by testing on assistive software like JAWS and voice over. Implement solutions using HTML5 attributes, CSS, JavaScript and advanced accessibility attributes. Researches and debug bugs. Apply CSS, HTML concepts and best practices to create layouts forms. Optimize performance on client and server side. Involve in estimation, design approach, coverage, alternative approaches, usage of design patterns, code review, test strategy/plan development. Write unit tests using automated TDD tasks. Create e2e test suites for all components and running them with Protractor (or a well-reasoned alternative).
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable. No prior work experience is required, but must demonstrate knowledge through course work or project in COBRA, JEE, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
