Job Description:

• We are seeking two experienced Senior Java Developers with strong backend expertise to join our team in Cincinnati, OH.
  
• The ideal candidates will have extensive experience with Java 11 or higher and possess a solid understanding of DevOps practices.
  
• Additional experience with Python, Kubernetes, and Terraform is highly desirable.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Java 11 or higher.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  
• Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  
• Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration and manage deployment processes.
  
• Write and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
  
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer with expertise in Java 11 or higher.
  
• Strong background in backend development and microservices architecture.
  
• Experience with Python is a plus.
  
• Proficient in DevOps practices and tools, including Kubernetes and Terraform.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
