Qualifications and Experience Required

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong track record in the supply chain domain.
• At least 4 years of experience in managing and leading IT teams.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure software development lifecycles and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Proven experience in project management including budgeting scheduling and resource allocation.
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and team building.
• Familiarity with IT security practices and data protection regulations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire IT operations for the supply chain department ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Lead and mentor the IT team fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the supply chain.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure the procurement of necessary IT resources and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with established IT policies and procedures including disaster recovery and data protection standards.
• Analyze and report on IT project performances identifying areas for improvement.
