Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced IT Director to provide strategic leadership and oversee the organization's technology infrastructure, systems architecture, and technical services. This long-term contract position is based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and requires a forward-thinking individual committed to delivering secure, scalable, and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in advancing operational, clinical, and administrative excellence while fostering a high-performing team. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement hybrid cloud strategies, ensuring optimal use of data center resources and cloud solutions. - Oversee network segmentation efforts to enhance security, including managing network enclaves and safeguarding clinical devices. - Lead and mentor a mid-sized technical team toward enterprise-level performance standards. - Establish and enforce governance policies, ensuring compliance with organizational protocols and metrics. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives and operational goals. - Manage technical services and infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and security. - Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into the organization's systems. - Ensure the separation and security of patient monitoring devices and other critical systems. - Utilize expertise in Cisco technologies and Microsoft Windows to optimize system functionality and performance. - Provide supervisory management to support staff development and organizational success. Requirements - At least 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles. - Proven expertise in hybrid cloud strategy development and implementation. - Strong background in network segmentation, including securing network enclaves. - Demonstrated ability to grow and mentor teams, fostering leadership and development. - Familiarity with governance policies and metrics-driven management. - Proficiency in Cisco technologies, including Cisco ISE. - Solid experience with Microsoft Windows systems. - Exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage complex projects and teams.
