Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced IT Director to lead and oversee all aspects of technology operations within our organization. This long-term contract position is based in Culver City, California, and offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic IT initiatives while managing critical systems and resources. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Cisco and Cloud technologies, coupled with expertise in ERP solutions and CRM systems. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Cisco and Cloud technologies. - Lead the administration and deployment of ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency. - Manage CRM systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality. - Establish robust backup and recovery solutions to safeguard critical data. - Supervise the maintenance and upgrades of computer hardware and infrastructure. - Ensure effective deskside support for end users to address technical issues promptly. - Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party vendors and service providers. - Drive technology deployments and upgrades while minimizing disruptions. - Monitor IT systems to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices. Requirements - Proven experience as an IT Director or similar leadership role. - Extensive knowledge of Cisco technologies and Cloud-based solutions. - Hands-on expertise in ERP systems and CRM platforms. - Strong understanding of backup technologies and disaster recovery planning. - Familiarity with computer hardware maintenance and troubleshooting. - Ability to manage vendor contracts and service agreements effectively. - Demonstrated success in leading technology deployments and upgrades. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide deskside support.
