Position Overview:

The Commercial Irrigation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems across multiple commercial properties. This role involves managing crews, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, and working closely with clients to address any needs or concerns. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of irrigation systems and a proven ability to manage both people and projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial irrigation systems.
• Lead and train irrigation crews and techs to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
• Work with clients to assess their irrigation needs, providing customized solutions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve irrigation system issues, minimizing downtime for clients.
• Ensure compliance with local water management regulations and sustainable practices.
• Manage inventory and procurement of irrigation equipment and materials.
• Conduct regular site visits for quality control and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial irrigation systems and crews.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, sites and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided).
