JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title:Invoicing Specialist

Department: Breakdown

Location: Greeley, CO

Reports to:Road Service Manager

Principle Responsibilities:

• Receive and review invoices, process invoice information in maintenance software.
• Supply finance with accounts payable invoicing for timely payments to vendors.
• Retrieve statements and invoicing from vendor websites, reconcile invoices.
• Maintain good relationships and communication with vendors.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A proven team player, dependable, consistent, and reliable.
• Experience with purchase orders, invoices and reconciliation, and data entry.
• Knowledge of Class 8 trucks and trailers preferred, not required.
• Demonstrated experience with process improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with TMT and TMW preferred, not required.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
 

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

• Base salary range of $18.50 per hour
