Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

Are you ready to make an impact in sustainable investing? CalPERS is seeking a motivated professional to join our Sustainable Investments (SI) team. In this role, under the Investment Manager’s supervision, you will play a key role in developing the Sustainable Investments dashboard, which supports ESG risk analysis and tracks progress toward strategic sustainability goals, including the $100 billion climate solutions investment commitment. You will contribute to quantitative and qualitative assessments of climate solutions investments, review external research, and support the due diligence and monitoring of active management strategies in collaboration with public equity and fixed income teams.

In addition, under the Investment Manager’s supervision, you will assist with ongoing SI projects across public and private markets, policy advocacy efforts, and the preparation of materials for the CalPERS Board of Administration.
