Our client, a leading global transportation services company, is expanding its team and seeking a dynamic International Logistics Coordinator to support the growing business. This role presents a unique opportunity for exposure to key stakeholders and clients in transportation coordination.  

International Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation 
• Coordinate and book ocean shipments with carriers, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods 
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients via email and phone 
• Monitor and track shipments throughout the entire export process 
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export activities. Utilize logistics software and systems for efficient data management 
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays in the export process 
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to find effective solutions 

International Logistics Coordinator Requirements:   

• 2+ years within ocean export logistics 
• Attention to details paired with strong communication skills
