Job descriptionLead the overall strategy and development of the secondary education program internationally.Collaborate with educational institutions to benchmark and implement best practices in secondary education.Oversee curriculum development, ensuring it meets both local and international educational standards.Manage and mentor the secondary education team to enhance teaching effectiveness and student outcomes.Develop partnerships with international organizations to expand our global presence and educational impact.Monitor and evaluate the performance of secondary education programs through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.Report on program success and areas for improvement to key stakeholders and the executive team.
