Job Description

If you are a passionate Interior Designer looking to join a growing team, there is an incredible opportunity that awaits in Indianapolis, IN . This reputable Architecture and Design Firm is looking for an Interior Designer that has start to finish project experience seeking continued growth and development for a leadership role.

Interior Design Experience :

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design required
* 5-12 years of experience in all phases of architectural projects w/ emphasis on interior design

Interior Designer Requirements:

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, PhotoShop, InDesign, Microsoft Office is preferred.
* Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
* Proactive written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledgeable to support both, management and design- ability to integrate design requirements w/ architecture
* LEED accreditation an asset
* NCIDQ accreditation is preferred

Interior Designer Responsibilities:

* The Interior Designer will be responsible for start to finish project management.
* Consult with clients on creation, presentation of interior design concepts and needs
* Define project requirements and develop design criteria
* Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material etc.
* Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects
* Professional client development skills
* Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally

Interior Designer Compensation:

* $70,000-$110,000 (negotiable based on experience)
* Excellent benefits package (401k, Health, Dental, Bonus)
