Interior Design Project Manager Job available with a leading architecture and design firm, focused on workplace / corporate interiors projects. Offering a salary in the region of $100,000 - $140,000 plus extensive benefits!

A top-10 A+D firm with numerous studios across the USA, plus offices in Asia and Europe, is seeking an experienced interior design project manager with workplace or corporate interior experience to join their established and dynamic team, based in Culver City, Los Angeles!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workplace design from an architecture and interior design background, with proven experience overseeing all design phases as part of a collaborative team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the wider design team and establish fee structures and project pitches
• Project scheduling, budgeting, and management of client expectations
• Team leadership and mentoring
• FF&E oversight and ensuring accuracy of materials
• Oversee construction phases and CD sets
• Assist with overcoming and resolving and code related concerns
• QA and QC across all phases
• Research and documentation of specific codes for projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree qualified in interior design and registered
• 10+ years of experience in commercial design, preferably corporate interiors
• Revit proficient
• Strong project management skills and experience overseeing all phases
• Business development and client relations experience.
