YOUR MISSION

• Serve as a specialist on the  Digital Thread functionality platform
• Document and deliver product feedback and new requirements from the field
• Verify the operability of product configurations within the customers' environment
• Serve as the technical liaison and collaborate with the engineering team to share knowledge and insight gained through customer engagements and conduct training for onboarding new customers
• Work closely with internal and external technical stakeholders to ensure deployment and integration within customers’ CaaS environments
• Maintain relationships with partner teams and clients (internal and external) and present technical opportunities in a consulting capacity

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Proven track record as an Engineering work or Technical Support ideally in the Defense Industry
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging enterprise software including the capability to diagnose browser-based errors and knowledge of container microservices
• Ideally experience with management products such as MATLAB, PDMLink (Legacy PDM from PTC), Openshift, Docker, CVDoors, and CV Classic Doors

• Experience coding in development and Programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Objective-C, JavaScript, REST API, HTML, CSS) and Cloud Environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) would be a plus
• Knowledgeable in CAD, SysML, PLM, MBSE , or other common engineering software

• Excellent analysis skills the ability to develop processes and methodologies and familiarity with project management tools
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S . without company sponsorship and willing to travel (25%) to undertake missions into the business centers
