RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cultivate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer requirements, and promote suitable products and services.
Collaborate with the agent to define and achieve marketing objectives.
Demonstrate unwavering dedication to achieving success daily.
Work in tandem with our agency's team to foster enduring client connections.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous sales experience (preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with customers effectively
Possession of Property & Casualty license
