This is a remote position.
Paradigm is searching for an Instructional Designer to support our client, a global leader in the legal industry. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to conduct needs assessments, identify appropriate learning/training approaches, and develop compelling learning activities and course content.
Type: 6 Month Contract
Location: Fully Remote (Candidates must reside within 50 miles of: Beaverton, OR; Kansas City, MO; Phoenix, AZ to be considered)

As an Instructional Designer you will:
• Create and update digital, visual, and audio interactive learning/training assets including end-user and process documentation.
• Lead or support instructor-led trainings with varying audience sizes and complexity.
• Evaluate feedback and performance data to improve content effectiveness continuously and delivery.
• Foster a collaborative, productive learning/training environment that captures the audience’s attention to help them meet learning objectives.
• Identify opportunities to expand on learning analytics.
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
• 3+ years of instructional design/development or comparative and demonstrable experience
• Must have experience with Articulate
• Must have experience with Camtasia
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in MS365 and eLearning authoring tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• MS Dynamics, specifically Project Operations
• Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience
• Basic knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies
• Fundamental understanding of HTML, HTML5, SCORM, and MV4
• Work samples / portfolio requested
