Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents.   • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential sellers using our dialer.
  • Qualify leads and gather pertinent information.
  • Schedule a call back for the sales team.
  • Turn Prospect clients into qualified real estate leads by qualifying the lead.
  • Submit accurate information from potential clients to our CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Real estate license or pursuing required
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
  • Experience as Cold Calling
