Job Description:
Augmentjobs is seeking an Infrastructure Investment Banking Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the execution of infrastructurefocused transactions including mergers and acquisitions financing and strategic advisory. The role involves working closely with senior bankers and clients to deliver highquality financial solutions for infrastructure projects ranging from energy and transportation to utilities and real estate.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed financial analysis including financial modeling valuation and due diligence.
Assist in the preparation of client presentations marketing materials and pitch books.
Support senior bankers in executing transactions and managing client relationships.
Help manage daytoday deal execution ensuring deliverables are met on time.
Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations for clients.
Maintain a deep understanding of the infrastructure sector and market trends.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
3 to 5 years of experience in infrastructure investment banking financial advisory or a related field.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling valuation techniques and transaction execution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other financial tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
